You are responsible for providing tables, tents, chairs, and any other equipment needed for your space. Please notify Sedona Recycles if you plan to sell firearms, weapons, or ammunition by October 1, 2010. Plastic tarps may not be laid on the grass in your space. You are required by the Fire Marshall to have a fire extinguisher in your space. You will not be permitted to set up your space if you do not have a fire extinguisher.
Each space measures 12' wide x 15' deep. Event set up begins at 7:00am; each space must be set up by 9:00am. You are responsible for removing any unsold items after the event, by 4:00pm.
